A waiter/guest ratio of 1 to 75 will generally provide efficient service. If a single waiter is required, a ratio of 1 to 50 or less is recommended, depending on whether it's beer, wine, refreshment service, or full bar service. For 150 guests, there will be 3 waiters, and for more than 200 guests, there will be 4 waiters.
